Norwich, United Kingdom - 26th May 2008Always the ugly sister of the Norwich cinema scene but a recent bad experience with their refurbishd and combined tickets/food counter. Massive queues were seen where you now have to wait behind everyone who wants food if you only want to get your tickets. What was worse, we had to queue twice to get back in line for the Ben and Jerrys ice cream. I'm sure they'll be aware this system is a failure but need to sort something quickly before they lose more custom. Wont be back in a hurry!

Norwich, United Kingdom - 7th June 2007Shame the service levels have dropped since it became Vue. Also the prices have gone up. Can get busy for popular times and new films. Service is ok. Really annoyed that they stopped allowing people to reserve seats as all this does is encourage big queues. This cinema has two benefits over the Odeon. 1 Parking is easy in castle Mall. 2 you do not have to wade through the throng of night clubbers that gather in riverside of an evening. This can be particularly troublesome when leaving the cinema at night when the area is saturated with drunken clubbers.

Norwich, United Kingdom - 24th February 2007Went on a Saturday night and the queues for the refreshments were huge (with only 3 people serving the entire foyer) - it took me 20 mins to be served and I missed the start of the film. I was also overcharged for my drink.

Norwich, United Kingdom - 16th July 2006As Ster this cinema was the poor relation of UCI now that both have changed ownership little has changed. Vue is now even more overpriced than the Odeon and has an even more limited selection of films, the only good thing to be said is that it's never very busy.

Norwich, United Kingdom - 27th June 2006Last time I went to Vue (just after name change) was on a week night & there were only 2 members of staff in the place! 1 on ticket office and 1 upstairs doing food & ticket checking!! Expensive even compared to UCI/Odeon, so easy to feel like you've been robbed!!

Fakenham, United Kingdom - 27th March 2006Cinema quiet for a Saturday night, so plenty of room. I found it very comfortable. Friendly staff.

United Kingdom - 19th March 2006Vue might not be the best cinema in Norwich but it often isn’t as busy as the UCI so normally you won’t be sitting shoulder to shoulder with a stranger. Allocated seating is annoying so hopefully they will get rid of that soon. The seats are not a comfortable as the UCI and can cause ‘bum ache’ if you are watching a long film

Norwich, United Kingdom - 23rd January 2006Former Ster Century cinema, now Vue. Not much has changed. Centrally located but often in the shadow of more popular cinemas in Norwich.
