Updated my review from 2006 to say this is a still a relaxed pub to head along to and enjoy a constant line up of local bands performing most nights.

This is a nice place to have a decent pint of ale and listen to some good local bands. Pleasant serving staff, no parking problems. My own band Blue Fingers have played here several times, and the stage facilities for musicians are good, and the crowd appreciative.

Top pub, great music on the whole, friendly staff, guide dog friendly, however I would love to know where the disabled lav is (been going there for over a year and still can't find it !) Have never seen any trouble there either, which is always good.

Friendly staff, good music, drinks reasonable, and for a 'rougher' pub, there is surprisingly few fights or trouble.

Personally my favourite pub in Norwich. Not in the best area of the city however it is well worth the trip down. Live music most nights and always of a high standard. Highly recommended!
